The Lincoln Hotel wedding ceremony and reception flowers

The ceremony and reception of the first indoor wedding pre lockdown was held at The Lincoln Hotel.
The Tennyson suite is the place for saying 'I Do' and we decorated the registrars table with a long and low display in flowers to match the bride's bouquet. Peach, pink, white and lilac with the all important single yellow rose to represent a lost loved one.

Roses, spray roses, eustoma and gyp with fern, jasmine and ivy foliage.

We were still in Covid restrictions so seating was spaced accordingly.

As there were a small number of guests everyone was seated (within social distancing regulations) around a large oval table in the Cathedral suite.

A singular display in a large birdcage with trailing jasmine and ivy filled the central space with a couple of single roses to add a little height either side.

If you are having limited guests this seating is more sociable and you can fill the central space with one large display or lots of smaller designs. Get in touch to discuss your options

Bridal flowers in pale pink, peach, white and lilac

Here we are once again and I am now sharing the weddings post lockdown but still with many restrictions in place. This, my first of 2021 was held on the day weddings and receptions could go ahead inside but limited to 30 people.
This couple were always having a small 'do' and kept to their small numbers despite being officially allowed a few more.

The bride had requested a trailing hand tie in an unusual colour scheme of pink, peach, lilac and white and loved roses. To give variety we used large avalanche roses in pink and peach with white spray roses and gyp with lilac eustoma. A single yellow rose was also requested to represent a lost loved one.

Trying fern and jasmine was added for length and movement from the bouquet

The single bridesmaid wore a wrist corsage on a pearl band with a few blooms to match the brides bouquet

The Groom and his men each wore a single pink rose with traditional asparagus fern.

The bride and grooms mum's each wore a corsage with a single white rose with pale pink eustoma blooms with foliage

Special ladies were presented with a single white rose buttonhole. Something I quite like to do especially with a small guest list, makes everyone feel included.

The bouquet and buttonhole ready for delivery on the wedding morning.

These colours work well together even if a little unusual! If you love colours that are not the usual please don't be put off putting them together, the flowers should represent your style and personality not just be, as it's trendy!

If you are looking for something away from the norm, please get in touch to discuss how we can create your dream flowers. I won't say no to any colours scheme!
