Pastel Pink, white and Champagne reception flowers at The Lincoln Hotel

Following on from V & G wedding party flowers we now focus on the reception displays.
This reception was held in the Cathedral Suite at The Lincoln Hotel. This is a bright and airy space with stunning views across to the Cathedral.

The top table was adorned with a long and low display of matching flowers to the bride's bouquet, see here. White lilies, stocks, ammi, pink roses and spray roses, champagne eustoma and carnations with mixed foliage.
This is a beautifully scented display adding an extra dimension to your set up.

The room can be set in different settings depending on your numbers.

Each guest table was styled with one of my large (70cm) martini vases which are hired. These are created with a mix of matching blooms to compliment the overall styling of the day.

These displays are certainly eye catching when you walk in the room and are tall enough not to block any conversation between guests on the tables.

These table flowers formed part of the top package at the hotel. Ask at the hotel for details. Once you have booked there and would like to discuss your flower options within the package please get in touch. There is a set budget but you are free to choose any type of display, colour or flower that fits within. No cookie cutter must have's here!

Summer Pastel pink and white bridal flowers

Today I have a beautiful summer wedding that I really should have shared with you before now. This was a fabulous wedding at The Lincoln Hotel and today I will show you the bridal party blooms and displays.
V & G had chosen the colours of white, pink and champagne peach for their florals and once unloaded while they were hydrating I couldn't resist I had to take their pictures!

Beautiful Ammi, or Queen Annes Lace

The stunning oriental lilies being coaxed open

The fabulous array of blooms I was lucky enough to be creating with

and not forgetting the foliage too!

The bride decided to carry a stunning traditional shower bouquet with a mix of white oriental lilies, pink roses, Champagne stocks, eustoma, ammi and mixed foliage.

Adding a modern twist of little butterflies and loops of lily grass.

Loving the gorgeous sweet avalanche pink roses with the pure white lilies.

The side profile so you can see the beautiful champagne double eustoma along with the pink roses and lily

One of my favorite pale pink roses, Sweet Avalanche.

The bride also wore a 3/4 flower crown, to allow room for  her veil to sit.

This glorious crown matched her bouquet with champagne eustoma, pink roses, spray roses ammi and foliage.

The 3 adult bridesmaids each carried a hand tied posy of roses, eustoma, stocks, ammi and pistachio foliage. Tied with white satin ribbon.

A glorious summer mix of blooms.

The 3 flower girls each carried a silver heart shaped wand with a single rose and ammi corsage and trailing ribbons.

The groomsmen all wore matching pale pink rose buttonhole with ammi florets, pistachio foliage and lily grass loops.

The special ladies wore a traditional corsage of white eustoma flowers and foliage.

Buttonholes and corsage ready for delivery to the hotel where the co-ordinater will hand them out.

The bride's party flowers all ready for on the morning delivery. The bride's shower bouquet was a biggie so needed its own social box and instructions on unpacking.

The hotel flowers will be blogged on Monday, make sure you come back for lots more pretty from this wonderful wedding.

If you love these colours, flowers, designs and are looking for your own creations please get in touch or visit the website for more details.

Green and white corporate event at Doubletree by Hilton

One of many corporate 'do's' I have had the pleasure of making flower designs for.
This one is a yearly event, always cream/whites and greens in colour scheme.
Flower choices left to me to fit in with the desired budget

Two small presentation posies for the ladies to match the table decorations.
Flowers; alstroemeria, tulips, carnations, chrysants and senecio, pistachio and small palm foliage.

Double tulips make a change in spring designs

Fabulous green carnations

The function was held at the Doubletree by Hilton on Lincoln's Brayford waterside.
The top table was decorated with 3 glass cylinder designs

The cylinders we're filled with the same flowers/foliage as the posies with added white oriental lilies

The room ready for the lunchtime guests

If you are looking for event flowers for your own function, be it a lavish affair or something more intimate, please get in touch with your requirements

St Peter, Scotter Church

Kelly's wedding service was held at St Peter's church Scotter and she asked me to provide two traditional pedestals for either side of the altar.
These could be a mix of white and ivory flowers but must include white lilies and gerberas.
They were stood on two of my traditional white pedestal stands and would be moved to Elsham Hall for the reception.
The bridal party also dressed the aisle with ribbons and bows.
