All Saints Harmston and DoubleTree By Hilton Wedding

Following on from yesterday's bridal bouquets, today we have the church and reception flowers.
The wedding was held at All Saints Harmston  and we were asked to decorate the archway above the entrance. This is a lovely but simple design of a foliage garland with alternate blush and ivory roses and an organza bow in the centre.

A lovely touch on the walk up to the church, great to have photos taken underneath too!

Inside we decorated with pedestals and pew ends

All Saints aisle bride view
The pew ends had a simple organza bow with a central rose, alternating with blush and ivory down the aisle

The traditional style pedestals were a combination of ivory, blush and to add a little extra color some mid pink. These were transported to the reception after the service.

The wedding breakfast was held at The DoubleTree By Hilton on Lincoln Brayford in The Cathedral Room.

The top table had two matching posies of roses and freesia and ruscus foliage.

The guest tables had a mixture of compact flower balls on tall lily vases and posies as the top table

Unfortunately they were still setting up when we arrived and as such the chairs and glassware were yet to be placed.

If this is your chosen venue please get in touch to see how we may help you add that personal touch of flowers to your wedding set up.

Blush and Ivory Wedding Flowers

This beautiful blush and ivory wedding was from last November. The bride had a clear idea of what she wanted, very neutral colours and NO foliage in the bouquets and she loved roses and freesias.
This is what we came up with, a lovely hand tie design with blush pink and ivory roses, ivory spray roses and white freesia

All tied together with ivory satin ribbon

The bridesmaids carried a very similar bouquet although smaller in size

and the little flower girl had a smaller version still.

The groomsmen wore a simple ivory rose with a leaf

while the groom and the best man wore a freesia buttonhole.

The two mums wore a similar corsage of roses and freesia, while one requested ivory

the other asked for blush and a sprinkling of sparkle

Join me tomorrow for the church and reception flowers at DoubleTree by Hilton

As ever if you see anything you like please get in touch to discuss your day

Autumn inspired wedding at The White Heather

Following on from yesterday's post this is the ceremony set up at The White Heather.
Keeping the colours and flowers the same as the bridal bouquets we created a ceremony table long and low bouquet of gerberas, roses, spray carnations, berries and mixed foliage.

Another smaller display was created to sit on the piano behind the ceremony table to help remember those not able to attend.

This is the registrants eye view down the aisle

This is the brides eye view on entering the ceremony space at The White Heather

with our bay trees either side the aisle entrance decorated in pink and orange.

The seated area is a lovely space to get away for a quiet chat, we added in some seasonal fish bowl designs

On entering the reception marquee was a gorgeous vintage suitcase which we added a spray of gerberas to add a splash of colour.

If you are getting married here or any other Lincolnshire venue please get in touch to see how I can transform your ceremony space with flowers

Autumn bridal party flowers

This was a gorgeous autumn wedding back in October 2014.
Lots of lovely vintage touches through the day and the flowers added a splash of colour.

The bride's bouquet was a hand tie design of orange gerberas, pink garden roses and burgundy spray roses with hypericum berries and silver foliage and pearls on a wire.

The stems were fully bound with orange satin ribbon with a teal overlay of shoestring ribbon.

The bridesmaids carried a similar but smaller version of the bride's

with silver ribbon around the stems and overlay of burgundy shoestring ribbon.

The groom wore an orange gerbera with silver foliage and grass loops as his buttonhole.

The groomsmen wore an orange gerbera buttonhole with silver foliage

and the mum's wore one with pearls added.

Other female guests wore a garden rose buttonhole

Tomorrow will be the gorgeous ceremony set up at The White Heather

Vintage inspired wedding with garden roses at Elsham Hall

This was a very pretty vintage inspired summer wedding with very natural style bouquets.
The main colour scheme was dusky pink and nude but with a hint of purple.
The bride's bouquet was a natural hand tie design with gorgeous pink garden roses, veronica, ammi, gyp, thalaspi and fern

All tied together with a large pink puffy bow.

The two bridesmaids carried a very simple hand tie bouquet of gyp and purple veronica with a little foliage.

Tied together with another pink puffy bow.

I love these buttonholes!
They are pink veronica with thalaspi and gyp and the stems bound in twine.

The mum's wore a corsage of a garden rose, veronica, gyp and foliage.

The bride also had sprigs of gyp for her hair

The wedding was held at Elsham Hall (Where I am a preferred supplier).
Unfortunately as the room is turned around from ceremony to wedding breakfast I can't get set up shots but these were the table flowers.

Vintage inspired vases filled with a mix of garden roses, veronica, ammi, gyp, thalaspi, fern, and sweet williams.

All ready for set up

Transferred into gorgeous vases of Elaine's

We also provided thank you flowers keeping in with the style of the wedding
