Pretty wedding flowers at St Peter at Eastgate

Unfortunately the weather on this wedding day was not great, but they do say rain on your wedding day is good luck! A wet (marriage) knot is harder to break and therefore the marriage lasts longer.

The bride asked for pretty posies to be attached to the open gateway of the church to welcome the guests.

Pretty pink santini chrysants, pale alstroemeria, gyp and herbs were tied with hessian bows to the gate posts.

The church doorway was framed with 2 of my gorgeous bay trees and ribbons.

Once inside the church each row of chairs had a pretty gyp ball attached with a hessian bow.

Simple understated design but en mass brightens up the aisle

The church screen was adorned with fern, myrtle and ivy trails

Looking to the rear of the church as the groom would do waiting for his bride.

I have decorated many of Lincoln's churches, if you are saying your vows in church and would love flowers to be part of your styling please take a look at what can be achieved. (Menu - churches.....) or get in touch to discuss your individual requirements.
