Today we are back on our series of colour for your bouquet and are featuring Red flowers.
Now red isn't just red, there are many shades from Rose red, ruby, cherry, wine, scarlet, crimson and burgundy.
The most common and romantic of them all is the red rose. Seen by many as the must have red flower, it comes in all shades from bright pillar box red to dark crimsons and burgundy.
Team with the ever popular gyp
or add in ivory roses and berries for a winter feel.
For a 50's inspired day add in lots of asparagus fern
or for a glamorous style red roses en masse with lots of lush dark green leaves and bear grass swirls.
Team dark crimson roses with blush roses if you don't like red and white/ivory together.
Freesia make excellent partners with red roses, although red freesia tend to be more on the red/orange spectrum.
Red roses with ivy and gyp and added sparkle diamante.
For a darker look in autumn we have beautiful dahlia (these come in many shades of red) team with lily, orchids and roses with lots of seasonal foliage.
For a posy style red dahlia, roses and calla lily styled with thistle and eucalyptus.

Or scarlett roses with ivory calla.
Red can be added not just with flowers but berries too.
