Today's venue is possibly my favourite one, Gainsborough Old hall. It is so quirky with loads of history behind it. It is a Grade 1 listed building owned by English heritage and dates from around 1460 and visited by both King Richard III and Henry IIIV.
There are four rooms in which you can hold your wedding ceremony with The Upper Great Chamber (80) shown above. There is also The West range (85), The Stewards room (55) and The Great Hall (150). For your reception you can choose The West range or Great Hall.
Wedding ceremonies have only recently been introduced and the hall will be open exclusively on the last two Saturdays of the month from May - September for 2013/14 for this purpose.
For more information please get in touch with Amanda, wedding planner, at The Hall. enquiries@gainsboroughweddings.co.uk
I am a preferred supplier here and can provide all your flower requirements.
