Spring bouquets

Today I thought I would show you some seasonal bouquets. These have all been made, appreciated and loved by past brides.
The top one is of white double tulips with ivory pearls threaded between the flowers with a silver aluminium and salal foliage collar. The stems were wrapped in white satin ribbon.
A cute small posy of muscari tied with ivory lace ribbon. Suitable for a bridesmaid or flower girl or indeed for a bride for a small relaxed wedding.
A larger hand-tied bouquet of white roses, freesia and tulips with blue muscari and hydrangea.
These two were brides, top, and bridesmaid, below. A simple but effective hand-tie of one colour tulip with a collar of large ivy leaves.

Another hand-tie of yellow roses and tulips with white hyacinths and pitto foliage.

It is best to work with the season you are getting wed. The flowers are cheaper and quality is better, you're florist will be able to advise you of what is in season and when. These days you can get a lot of flowers year round but spring flowers are difficult to get out of their season, it is getting extended but not extensive.
